Alminhas House is rented full, minimum 4 days, for a maximum of 8 people between adults and children, and includes:
– 1 bedroom with double bed
– 2 bedroom with 2 separate beds (twin)
– one bedroom with bunk bed for 2 adults / children
– 2 extra beds for 2 adults / children (free)
– cot (free of charge)
Alminhas House does not accept groups for events such as: Birthday Parties, Bachelor Parties.

Booking Policy:
Accommodation reservations can be made as follows:
– Directly on the site the establishment;
– By email;
– By the telephone number indicated on the website.
In order to guarantee the reservation made, the client must deliver, as a down payment, the amount of 30% of the reservation amount by bank transfer to IBAN to be provided by the establishment;
Cancellation policy:
For cancellations made within 30 days of the check in date, the customer will be refunded the full amount paid as a down payment and to guarantee the reservation.
For cancellations made less than 30 days before the check in date, any amount previously paid will not be refunded.
